Full-Service Marketing Agency Retainers

Monthly creative and marketing support tailored to your business, run by the two of us.

See if a retainer fits

Run by Perri and Taylor Pruitt, a husband-and-wife team in Atlanta. Perri brings eight years in marketing for clients, companies and nonprofits, and Taylor leads SEO and AI strategy. We take on a limited number of retainer clients, and we manage every one ourselves.

A retainer is the closest thing we offer to hiring a marketing department, without hiring one.

This is what a full-service marketing agency looks like without the agency-sized overhead: a trusted partner who handles design, content, strategy, and marketing projects on a consistent basis. You get the same two people every month who know your business, your numbers, and your plan.

We hold a fixed number of retainer clients at a time, because Perri and Taylor are the account managers on every one. That is what lets the work stay connected instead of scattered across a rotating team.

A boutique marketing agency for small businesses

Our retainers are built for owners who are great at what they do and don't want to become their own designer, copywriter, web developer and marketer too. Most of our clients are small businesses and nonprofits growing with purpose, and ready to invest in marketing every month instead of in bursts.

Here's how a retainer compares with the other ways to get marketing done:

How a retainer works

  1. You tell us what you want. Fill out the short intake form with a few times that work. If it looks like a fit, we set up a 30-minute call with both of us.
  2. We make a plan. We look at where your marketing stands today, agree on the goals that matter most, and decide what we'll work on first.
  3. We make it happen. We do the work every month, you approve anything that goes public, and we walk you through what's working and what's next.

The kind of work a retainer covers

A few examples from our portfolio: social campaigns, email newsletters and printed pieces for nonprofits. On a retainer, this is the everyday work, done on a schedule instead of in a scramble.

When a retainer is not the right call

If you need one logo or a single flyer, a retainer is more than you need. Look at project work or design support instead. And if a consistent monthly marketing budget is not realistic for you right now, a retainer will not have the room to do work worth paying for, so we would rather point you somewhere else.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does a full-service marketing agency do?

It handles your marketing under one roof: strategy, design, content, email, website updates, SEO and campaigns, so you're not coordinating several freelancers. On retainer, that work happens every month on a plan, not only when something is on fire.

How much does a marketing retainer cost?

It depends on how much you hand over and how often. We price every retainer to the work involved, and we'll give you an honest range on a 30-minute call before you commit to anything.

Who will I actually work with?

Perri and Taylor, the two founders. We're the account managers on every retainer, and we bring in trusted specialists for on-site photo and video when a project needs them.

Do you only work with Atlanta businesses?

No. We're based in Atlanta and love meeting local clients in person, but we work with businesses and nonprofits across the country, and everything we do can happen remotely.

Is a retainer better than hiring a marketer?

For most small businesses, a retainer covers more skills for less. A marketing manager earns a median $166,790 a year before benefits, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. If you need someone in your building every day, a hire can make more sense.

What do you need from me to get started?

Your goals, access to the accounts we'll be working in, like your website, email platform and social profiles, and someone who can answer our questions. We handle the rest.
